Take 5 Media was formulated in response to 5 major workplace fatalities which occurred during a six month period in the Pilbra Region
of Western Australia. A consultative process began between Industrial Stakeholders, emergency response representatives and employees at ground zero.
Take 5 Media was responsible for the development and creation of site and task specific training tools involving and empowering employees.
Take 5 Media branched into training and assessment addressing safety at a grassroots level, safety training based on ownership and accountability.
